About Jonathan Boivin

A bachelor of law from the University of Montréal and member of the Quebec Bar Association since 2007, Jonathan Boivin began his career at the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions. After having handled many major cases, including appeals, Jonathan Boivin decided in 2012 to start a private practice to use his expertise to defend his client’s interests.

Jonathan Boivin argued cases before various judicial and administrative tribunals in both in the first instance and in appeal. By finalizing various short-term and long-term cases, including some jury trials, Jonathan Boivin developed throughout his career an expertise in criminal and penal law.
